This bright one-bedroom apartment is suitable for up to 2 people, has natural light in every room and was last renovated in 2026. High-quality materials, elegant real wood flooring, leather-upholstered designer furniture and a large, comfortable double bed with electric slatted bases create a pleasant, luxurious living atmosphere.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to cook for yourself even during longer stays. A modern TV, high-speed internet, your own washing machine, a private ground-floor entrance and a private terrace complete the package.

After work, relaxation begins right on your doorstep: enjoy your terrace or explore the nearby Habichtswald Forest with its attractive hiking and mountain biking trails. During the summer months, the outdoor adventure pool in the neighbouring village is also a lovely place to unwind.

The apartment is situated in a quiet yet conveniently located area in the Kassel district. The neighbouring village, around 3 km away, has all the main shops, banks, medical practices, a pharmacy, a gas station and restaurants.

The A44 motorway towards Kassel and Dortmund can be reached by car in just about 2 minutes. The VW plant in Baunatal is around 12 minutes away. Depending on your destination, Kassel city centre and Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe ICE train station can be reached in around 15 to 20 minutes.

Other destinations in North Hesse and the surrounding area are also easily accessible: Warburg is about 20 minutes away, Paderborn about 50 minutes, Kassel-Calden Airport about 20 minutes and Paderborn-Lippstadt Airport about 45 minutes. The Ruhr area to the west is also within easy reach.

We recommend travelling by car. You can park your vehicle free of charge directly on the premises. Even without a car, you can still stay flexible: the bus stop is only about a 3-minute walk away. From there, buses run to Kassel city centre roughly once an hour.

This fully equipped business apartment is available for stays of between 1 and 12 months. Longer rental periods are also possible by arrangement.

Just bring your suitcase and make yourself at home straight away! The rent includes towels, bed linen, crockery and all utility costs, including heating, electricity, water, internet and parking. To help you settle in, you will find a small welcome pack containing coffee capsules and a few carefully selected treats for your first morning. The apartment naturally comes with its own washing machine. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided every two weeks upon request. A cleaning service is also available for an additional charge.

The garden apartment is on the ground floor and has its own entrance. Please note that it is not fully wheelchair accessible.
